(D) Names <strong>and</strong> phone numbers of the Producer's staff <strong>and</strong> Stage Managerialstaff, whom the Actor can contact in case of emergency;(E) Information regarding fire exits <strong>and</strong> fire fighting equipment <strong>and</strong> properprocedures;(F)Producers procedures for safekeeping of <strong>Actors</strong>' valuables;(G) Listing of the minimum terms for rental of items from an Actor's personalwardrobe for use in the production;(H) Notice of scheduled Rest Periods (see Rule 20);(I)Notice of rehearsal calls after opening;(J) Housing list per Rule 32.(K)Notice of company closing date;(L) The name <strong>and</strong> phone number of Producer's designee to be contacted byEquity or Actor on matters involving this <strong>Agreement</strong>;(M) Copy of Equity's permission for specific sessions of television,broadcasting or filming if otherwise required by this <strong>Agreement</strong>.<strong>10</strong>. CHANGES IN CAST.Whenever an Actor performs in place of an Actor who is listed in the program, cast list<strong>and</strong>/or Playbill as a character, announcement to this effect shall be made from the stageor over the public address system immediately prior to the beginning of theperformance. For subsequent performances such announcement shall be printed <strong>and</strong>inserted in all programs, cast lists <strong>and</strong>/or Playbills, OR, shall be conspicuously <strong>and</strong>prominently posted at all entrances to the theatre where tickets of admission arecollected. Such announcement shall be at least 8 x <strong>10</strong> inches in size in letters of at leastone inch.In all of the above cases, such announcements shall include the role, the name of theActor playing such role or roles <strong>and</strong> the name of the Actor replaced.For each failure to give the required notice of substitution, the Producer agrees to paythe Actor whose part is played by an Understudy or another Actor, <strong>and</strong> also suchUnderstudy, or other Actor, a sum equal to ½ of his own weekly salary, in addition tocontractual salary.Unless Equity shall otherwise order, the Producer shall not require the Actor to alternatewith an Understudy or a successor, <strong>and</strong> if replaced by either, he may not be thereafterrequired (unless Equity otherwise orders) to act again in the part or to report to thetheatre for that purpose. Payments, however, shall continue to be made according tothe terms of his <strong>Agreement</strong>.16
