(B)Housing Lists.(1) <strong>Unit</strong> <strong>and</strong> Package Tours. The Producer shall post an up-to-date listof available accommodations on the Callboard two weeks prior to eachplaying date. Within three days thereafter, <strong>Actors</strong> shall indicate theirpreferences. A copy of this list, with the Actor's choice noted, shall beprovided to the Deputy for everyone's information after the posted list hasbeen removed from the Callboard. The Producer’s representative shallimmediately inform any Actor whose housing choice is subsequentlydetermined to be unavailable so that another location can be selected. Inthe event that accommodations are limited <strong>and</strong> there is a dispute in thecompany regarding accommodations, assignments shall be madepursuant to a lottery system, subject to the contractual housingguarantees of any Actor.(2) Individual Locations. The Producer shall present the housing list tothe Actor at the time of contract signing. The Actor shall advise theProducer of his choice when returning his signed contract to eachProducer.(C) Local Transportation. When housing is more than ¼ mile from the theatreor rehearsal location, the Producer shall, at his own expense, furnish round triptransportation to the Actor for all performances, rehearsals <strong>and</strong>/or meals as thecase may require, in accordance with a schedule pre-arranged by the Producer.(1) Said transportation shall be in a fully insured vehicle, operated by afully licensed driver, <strong>and</strong> each Actor shall be provided with a seat in saidvehicle. If the vehicle supplied is other than a vehicle for hire, the liabilityinsurance coverage limits shall be $500,000/$1,000,000 <strong>and</strong> such vehicleshall meet all currently prevailing legal requirements as to safety devices<strong>and</strong> shall be in good repair with functioning heating <strong>and</strong> air conditioning.(2) This transportation shall be furnished in such manner that the Actorwill arrive at the theatre 30 minutes prior to the beginning of eachperformance, <strong>and</strong> shall be available to return the Actor to his livingquarters no later than 30 minutes after each performance <strong>and</strong> promptlyafter each rehearsal.(3) When the Actor is in rehearsal <strong>and</strong> there are notsuitable/moderately priced dining facilities available within 1/4 mile of theplace of rehearsal, the Producer shall, at his own expense, furnish roundtrip transportation to the Actor to said dining facilities.(4) Whenever or wherever the Stage Managers' schedule is differentfrom the <strong>Actors</strong>', the Producer shall provide separate transportation for theStage Managerial staff to <strong>and</strong> from rehearsals <strong>and</strong> performances.Transportation to meals <strong>and</strong> lodging will also be provided when related tothe work schedule.(5) Only the housing locations that have been recommended to the<strong>Actors</strong> by the Producer will be required pick-up points for transportation as40
