(iv) The production may play Boston, Chicago, LasVegas, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Toronto or Washington,D.C. for longer than four weeks, but in no case longer than12 weeks. In such instances, each actor earning less than300% of the Production Contract minimum will receive a“bump-up” equal to the difference between the MSUAminimum and Production Contact minimum beginning withthe earlier of the 5 th week or 33 rd performance andcontinuing until the end of the engagement.(v)The production is not permitted in New York City.(b) Producers of Unit Tours will share a portion of theirOverages (if any) with qualifying Actors (as defined in (c) below) forthe following engagements:(i) All engagements in Chicago, IL; Los Angeles, CA;San Francisco, CA; Baltimore, MD; Philadelphia, PA;Washington, DC; Boston, MA; Miami, FL; and Costa Mesa,CA.(ii) All engagements commencing in October at non-MSUA signatory theaters(iii) All engagements which occur during any approvedextension.(c) Actors earning a contractual salary of less than three timesthe minimum, exclusive of all required increments, will be entitled toparticipate in the Producer’s share of Overage (when applicable in(b) above), as follows:(i) Overage shall be defined as weekly NAGBOR lessthe Producer’s weekly guarantee and customary Royalty,less the local Presenter’s expenses for that week;(ii) For qualifying engagements where there is noProducer portion of the overage, 50% of the total Overagewill be used to calculate the Actor share.(iii) Each eligible Actor shall receive .25% of theProducer’s share of Overage, in addition to Actor’scontractual salary for each qualifying engagement whichappears on the official tour route which is distributed atcontract signing;(iv) Each eligible Actor shall receive .325% of theProducer’s share of Overage, in addition to Actor’scontractual salary for each qualifying engagement which isadded to the tour after contract signing.30
