<strong>Mapping</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>Big</strong> <strong>Green</strong> <strong>Challenge</strong> 1237.8.3 Project Processes7.8.3.1 Behaviour Change<strong>The</strong>se services are primarily about supporting change ei<strong>the</strong>r ingroups (Voluntary and Community groups including informalgrassroots organisations, social enterprises and SMEs) or byindividuals. <strong>The</strong> profile of <strong>the</strong> proportion of behavioural changemechanisms (Action, Understanding, Values) is close to <strong>the</strong>average across all Proposal categories, with <strong>the</strong> number ofbehavioural change mechanisms varying with <strong>the</strong> type ofservice and how it is being offered. Training, for example,would be expected to focus on Understanding. This is enhanced by <strong>the</strong> inclusion of proposals offeringnetwork services which are, by <strong>the</strong>ir nature, more open to involving o<strong>the</strong>rs.
