That due to the present and projected financial difficulties anycontributions to RPMscM in 1996 above $320,000 be retained fordistribution by the Synod of 1997.14. That beginning January 1, 1996 Synod set its rate for mileagereimbursement at $0.04 per mile less than the approved IRS mileagerate.15. That the Committee on Church History be granted up to $500 in 1996and up to $500 in 1997 for its expenses from Synod's MiscellaneousFund.16. That the Graduate Study Committee request for funds for newapplications be denied and that the request for $500 for a previouslyapproved application be granted. The applications for new funds may beresubmitted at a later date.17. That Synod approve $1,000 for the Disability Board, to be paid fromthe Miscellaneous Fund in 1996.18.
