VITADavid Andrew Dunkman was born 25 August 1984 in Cincinnati, OH to Bob andRuth Dunkman. Spending his childhood in the western suburban Chicago, Dunkmanattended Northwestern University (Evanston, IL), where he was awarded his Bachelor ofScience in Civil Engineering cum laude in June 2007.
