In the year 1997, she was selected intothe Reserved Talents of Yunnan Young and Middle-aged Academic and TechnologyLeaders Project, "Western Light" by CAS in 2004 and "Hundred Talents Program" in2008 by CAS. She enjoyed the Special Government Allowance Granted by the StateCouncil in 2006, won "WANG Kuan-Cheng Award for Outstanding Achievements toWestern Scholars" in 2008 and also received the titles of "Ten Outstanding Womenof Yunnan" and Woman of Pace-Setter of Yunnan in 2008. besides, Dr. TAN Ning-Hua was the secretary of the international conference of "the 11th Congress of AsianMedicinal Plant, Spice and other Natural Product" in 2003 and "the 5th NationalChemicobiology Academy Conference" in 2007. Dr. TAN Ning-Hua is also the deputydirector of Chemicobiology Specialized Committee of Chinese Chemical Society andthe deputy director of Phytochemistry and Resource Science Committee of BotanicalSociety of China. She is an editor of Natural Products and Bioprospecting, ChineseJournal of Natural Medicines, China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica, PlantDiversity and Resources, and also a reviewer for over 30 national and internationaljournals including Chemical Reviews, Medicinal Research Reviews, Natural Productsreports, ChemBioChem and Journal of Natural Products. Dr. Tan Ning-Hua has wonthe first prize of Yunnan Science and Technology Natural Science, published over 240papers (books), over 130 SCI papers and applied or authorized for 9 patents.YANG Jun-Bo, selected into "Current Key Technical Talents" of CASMr. YANG Jun-Bo, born in April, 1970, Master of Science, head of MolecularBiology Experimental Center of Germplasm Bank of Wild Species in SouthwestChina, deputy director of public technical service center and also a senior engineer. In1992, he graduated and received the bachelor's degree from Department of Biology inUniversity of Yunnan and in 2005 he received the master's degree in KIB. Since hisstarting to work in July, 1992, Mr. YANG Jun-Bo has been engaged in the acquiringand adoption research of genetic information of plants by using molecular biologyas the main method and in the past 20 years of working in the front line of thelaboratories, he has been studies and worked aperiodically Peking University, Instituteof Botany, CAS and others; he's hosted the surface projects of the National NaturalScience Foundation of China, technical development of the functions of the majorscientific engineering subitems and instruments, CAS; he's participated and supportedthe national "863", "973" and other major special projects; Mr. YANG Jun-Bo hasalso published over 40 papers in the mainstream periodicals such as Proceedings ofthe National Academy of Sciences, American Journal of Botany and Taxon.
