In doingso they form an ever-forming garland to the Lord. Hence theLord is to be meditated as one who is garlanded by the array ofthe presence of all of us.9. The source of our speech and expression is our ownconsciousness of which we are its expression. Our individualconsciousness is a unit of the flood of light which is the LordHimself. Hence He is the Lord of whatever we speak out andexpress through our behaviour.10. Thus, He is the self-effulgent will and wisdom thatbelongs to ourselves and to which we belong.101
