He is the all-knower and versatile.Explanation :1. The pleasure of the earth is the splendour of the flowerswith their fragrance. Flowers symbolise motherhood since theyare the media of fertilisation and fruit-bearing. The white lotusof the night is also called Kumuda since it responds to the moonbeams.2, 3. The jasmine is one of those beloved flowers to theLord and hence it is used mainly in His worship. The jasmine isthe symbol of purity and a spirit of offering its best to the Lord.4. It is the annual cycle of waters that makes the plant-lifepossible on this earth. Hence the Lord took the form and activityof the cloud-forming and monsoon.5. The wind that blows through the various seasons purifiesseasons from the ill-effects of the previous season. Throughrespiration of plants, animals and humans, it purifies life fromthe alternation of death in the form of carbon.6. The moon-beam is the cause of fertilisation, germinationand growth especially of the plants. Hence the Lord comes downas the moon-beam to the earth carrying immortality through thecyclic activity of the moon.7. Thus the Lord is the all-knower and the versatile beingwho responds to the need of every being and to the pleasure ofevery being through His manifestation of the cyclic activity ofwater and life.277
