MEANING :His auspicious physiogomy shows that he creates andbrings peace as well as joy to the earth by his very presencethroughout the earth globe. The Lord presides over the welfare of the cattle as wesee in the Avatar of Lord Krishna. He presides over the zodiacalsign of the bull and as an avatar, he was born under the influenceof this sign. Hence he is the Lord who presides over the splendourof that sign.7, 8. In the functions of that sign Taurus he cpnceals thisspleadour of the earth ( agriculture ) and that of the cattle (milkand milk products). This he does through the influence of thestar Rohini ( Aldebaran ) which is called the star of the eye of thebull.9. For this reason, he was being liked by the bulls in hiscattle herd. All cows and bulls gathered around Him in ecstasieswhenever he played on his flute.221
