He is the best among those who possess wealth.Explanation :1. The process of creation always progresses in spirals andat no step it can be retraced. Any unit of time or any changetaken place can never be retraced. Everyone is forced to take thenext step and is thus forced to proceed.2. In all the proposals, motives and incidents of life thesoul is untouched. Everyone has a pure layer of consciousnesswhich never proposes anything but allows the mind to disposeoff the thing proposed by the mind itself. The result is that thesoul stands uninvolved. Unless the Lord does this, the wholecreation will be polluted by the motive.3. All the incidents proposed by a living being are basedupon the very birth and death of that individual which is wellplacedaccording to the fitness of things. Hence every incident isforced to be well-placed though the mind of the individual isjumbled by its own Confusion.4, 5. For the above reasons the Lord proposes only thatwhich is progressive and he stands as the one background that isalways auspicious.6. The Lord as Vishnu has a birth mark on his chest whichis called Srivatsa. This indicates that the creation of the Lord hasthe heart which is the most valuble of all. And that everyone cansolve everything with the power of the heart.223
