In particular, Addis Ababa (twenty-eight percent) was themost popular dest<strong>in</strong>ation for those away from Shashemene.The results also show that there were a considerably greater number of male than femaleabsentees when the survey was conducted. In particular, there were twice as many maleabsentees as females <strong>in</strong> Addis Ababa.24
