1) Considering the large volume of materials involved, we request for an
extension of delivery period, as mentioned below:
* Phase - 1 (scheme for 2012-13):
- Lot 1: 28000 within 75 Days from the Date of Work Order acceptance
- Lot 2: 28000 within 105 Days from the Date of WO acceptance
* Phase - 1 (scheme for 2013-14):
- Lot 3: 36000 within 120 Days from the Date of WO acceptance
- Lot 4: 20000 within 150 Days from the Date of WO acceptance
2) HP requests that the entire period required for pre-dispatch inspections
(7+10 days) should be excluded from Delivery TAT, for calculation of any LD.
Delivery period will be applicable from date of receipt of consignee details,
road permit where applicable, and date of acceptance of Work Order by
Vendor.
5) Customer will need to provide the road permit required for delivery of
materials. If road permit is not provided, customer will need to provide
required declaration and the Entry tax applicable will be charged at actual to
customer on submission of proof of payment. Kindly help to give your
acceptance on the same.
