The maximum amount of liquidated
damages shall be 10% of the
desired Lot. The percentage refers
to the payment due for the
associated milestone/lot.
Warranty Default:
* SLA: T+7 - no penalty; > T+7 - Rs
100/- per day; > T+90 - Remedial
action by RSIL.
* Applicable penalties shall be
calculated on Quarterly basis. The
total Penalty in each phase shall not
exceed 5% of the total value of the
Order. Default beyond 5% will be
deemed to be an event for
termination on default.
1) Kindly confirm that the aggregate Penalty for default in Warranty terms,
during the complete Warranty period, shall not exceed 5% of the total value
of the Order.

the format of the Performance Bank Guarantee.
