* The bidder shall not quote and
supply any hardware/ software that
is likely to be declared as End of
Sale for twelve months and End of
Service/ Support for twenty four
months from the date of bid
submission. If any of the hardware/
software is found to be declared as
End of Sale/ Service/ Support in the
period mentioned above, then the
bidder shall replace all such
hardware/ software with the latest
ones having equivalent or higher
specifications without any financial
obligation to the purchaser.
* Period of back to back support,
updates and patches - 12 months.
* Period of end of sale - 12 months.
* Period of end of service - 24
months.
1) As IT industry is very dynamic, there may be possibility of roll over models
within 12 months. In cases of any such roll overs, vendor will make this
available at no additional cost. Request to kindly remove the requirement of
"replacement" for any such product roll overs.
As per RFP
133 30 9, d Shifting the place of delivery
destination: RISL/Department of
Education shall be free to shift the
place of delivery within the same
district. The successful/ selected
bidder shall provide all assistance
including transportation in shifting
of the delivered Items.
1) We can support for any reinstallation, but the cost of shifting, freight and
transit documents will be responsibility of the customer.
