FIGURE 1-12: CITY TRANSIT
TRANSIT
The University of Kansas and the City of Lawrence
partner together to provide coordinated transit
service, which helps ensure good connectivity
between the city and university. This coordination
offers passengers a seamless network, including
the Transit Guide and the reciprocal fare agreement.
University faculty, staff, and students can
ride city buses for free, and all university buses
accept city bus passes. Figure 1-12 shows the fully
coordinated bus network.
