Abstract
In this work, the methodology based in two stages is described. One of these
stages consists of the design of the experiments that are suitable to determine the
impact factors found in the efficiency of the process of the messages diffusion from
the agents in charge of them. The other stage of the methodology consists of a
logistics application to assign the places to be visited with the purpose of
minimizing the route time of the agents in charge of the messages diffusion. In this
way, with the proposed methodology, it can be identified the criteria that should be
used for the decision making in order to make agents teams that make visits and
the route that they should follow for the messages diffusion.
To explain the methodology, the steps for a design of experiments are
followed, but with the difference that the formulated hypothesis tests are verified
through the comparison of proportions, since the response variable in the
experiments are not normal but of the Bernoulli type.
The proposed methodology was applied to the Religious Association A.R. in
the IV sector of the quarter Salvador Díaz Mirón in delegación Gustavo A. Madero,
in which it was compared the quantity of persons that had a positive reply to the
different treatments of the design of experiments proposed in the methodology.
With the proposed methodology is able to determine the impact factors in the
dissemination of messages relating to the formation of missionary couples, the
type of invitations to general meetings, in addition to better time use in the time
during the home visit.
