11.1. Cardiotónicos<br />
El único fármaco comercializado en este grupo es la digoxina.<br />
Recomendaciones en el<br />
embarazo<br />
Su uso es seguro durante el embarazo aunque es necesario realizar<br />
monitorización de las concentraciones plasmáticas. Categoría C.<br />
Recomendaciones en la<br />
lactancia<br />
La digoxina se excreta en leche materna pero no se han detectado efectos<br />
adversos en el lactante. Se puede utilizar en la lactancia.<br />
Recomendaciones en el<br />
niño<br />
Se usa en niños aunque se debe de realizar un ajuste de la dosis en función<br />
del peso y la superficie corporal.<br />
