What differences are there between the
performance of the corresponding models?
Bernd Wiesmann:
Our TB 270+ with 3.5 t stands out as its working
height can be reached of 27 m even with a full
platform load of 230 kg. The basket arm length of
2.2 m of the STEIGER ® TBR 220 is innovative as it
has a 185° rotational angle. These attributes enable
working on and behind objects as well as having
optimal manoeuvrability and mobility at the same
time.

How do the models differ from other providers /
from the competition?
Bernd Wiesmann:
All models have a telescopic boom system made
of high-strength fine-graded steel. That
guarantees a long-lasting truck working platform,
even when often used with maximum load. Our
own RUTHMANN control technology works
impeccably. Cables and tubes are built into the
boom system and so protected for the control
technology. Technical features such as the
positioning and retraction automatic system as
well as support widths of the horizontal-vertical
supports are very popular amongst users as they
enable simple control and service flexibility.
