Donata Grasso is a senior associate in the Allen & Overy
Luxembourg Litigation Department. She advises both domestic and
foreign clients mainly on civil and commercial matters, as well as on
procedural matters. She has extensive experience in areas such as
debt recovery, enforcement proceedings (exequatur and garnishment
proceedings) and is regularly involved in banking and corporate
litigation, including bank liability, shareholder and partnership
disputes, bankruptcy and criminal related issues. She holds a
Master of Law from the University of Metz (France), obtained in
1995. She qualified as a Luxembourg lawyer in 1996 and was
admitted to practise before the Luxembourg High Court of Justice in
1999. She is highly recommended as a dispute resolution
practitioner in The Legal 500 2009 (online edition). She is fluent
in English, French and Italian.
