una barca che accompagnasse me e la mia
famiglia per un lungo periodo di tempo,
dopo avere visto e considerato di tutto,
dalla vetroresina al carbonio, dallo scafo
per regatare al motor yacht, alla fine ho
scelto Patience, classe 1931, e tutta rigorosamente
in legno». Antonio Falchetti, milanese,
46 anni, sposato con Antonia e padre
di due ragazzini, Umberto ed Elena,
ha voluto percorrere, per realizzare il suo
progetto, una strada del tutto personale.

who love boats, whilst fiberglass
boats are for people who love sailing. I don’t
know whether that’s true, but I do know that
when I decided to look for a boat that would
accompany my family and I for a long time,
after having seen and considered everything,
from fiberglass to carbon, from boats for
racing to motor yachts, in the end I chose
Patience, launched in 1931, and 100% made

46 years old, married to Antonia and father
of two youngsters, Umberto and Elena, had
a very personal approach to fulfilling his
project.
His bond with the sea goes back a long time.
His father, Umberto, is from Genoa and the
