The post module is available in different post heights and combines the base, rail, and gusset assemblies into a convenient group of components. Figure 2.5—Post Module Components Rail Assembly Gusset Assembly Base Assembly 2.4.1 Base Plate The Base Plate consists of a square aluminum machined plate. The base provides a secure foundation on which to build the <strong>TSM</strong> system. 2.4.2 Rail Assemblies Quick-Change Installation and Operation Manual Document #9610-20-1114-05 The Rail assembly mounts to the base assembly. The standard rail is an aluminum extrusion and in a variety of lengths. Customers can request custom lengths when ordering. The gusset assembly mounts to the base assembly and includes mounting hardware. Note: Tabs must be removed from the gusset to allow flush contact to base assembly.
