6. Troubleshooting
Refer to the table below for trouble shooting information.

functioning properly.
Verify that the correct distance between sensing
face and target is set. Adjust if necessary. Refer to
Section 4.1—TSM System with Pin and Bushing
Style Mounting Operation, Section 4.2—TSM V-Block
Systems Operation, and Section 4.3—TSM Tool
Hanger System Operation.
Inspect sensor cable for damage, test continuity,
replace if damaged.
Inspect Proximity Sensor for damage, test sensor
Inspect utility lines and cables for wear. Inspect all
connections for damage. Verify Tool Changer for
proper function.
Verify Tool Changer and utility modules for proper
function. Refer to the Tool Changer and module
Installation and Operation manual for troubleshooting.
