Take an evening stroll and enjoy<br />

a stunning display of lights at Victoria<br />

Harbour. Awarded as the largest permanent<br />

light and sound show by the Guinness World<br />

of Records, the show is a daily light, laser and<br />

sound spectacle that celebrates energy, spirit<br />

and diversity of Hong Kong. It involves over 40<br />

key buildings and skyscrapers on both sides of<br />

Victoria Harbour and starts at 8pm daily.<br />

To Get There: Take Exit J from MTR East<br />

Tsim Sha Tsui Station and follow the<br />

signs to the Avenue of Stars and<br />

Tsim Sha Tsui Waterfront.<br />

Market<br />

A popular street bazaar named after Tin<br />

Hau temple, Temple Street Night Market is a<br />

place enriched with culture and locality where it also<br />

serves as the backdrop to many memorable movies.<br />

Here, you can find trinkets, tea ware, electronics,<br />

watches, menswear, jade, antiques and food. Wait,<br />

there is more. You can also find opera singers and<br />

fortune tellers here too.<br />

To Get There: Take Exit C from MTR Yau Ma Tei<br />

Station and turn on to Temple Street at Man Ming<br />

Lane. Or you can take Exit A from MTR<br />

Jordan Station and turn right on to<br />

Jordan Road. Then, take another<br />

right on to Temple Street.<br />

Yuen Wong<br />

Tai Sin Temple<br />

One of Hong Kong's most famous<br />

temples, the Wong Tai Sin Temple is<br />

dedicated to the famous monk of yore, Wong<br />

Tai Sin. Home to three religions (Taoism,<br />

Buddhism and Confucianism), it offers a<br />

scenic attraction due to its natural setting and<br />

ornamented buildings while serving as a<br />

religious centre. The temple is frequented by<br />

tourists and locals and known to grant wishes.<br />

To Get There: Take Exit B2 from<br />

MTR Wong Tai Sin Station.<br />
