Meet Aarti Jalhan
Course: Introduction to
Cabin Crew Level 2
I have always wanted to become a cabin crew
member as it allows you to travel the world and
experience different cultures.
On the course we do lots of team work sessions and
learn how to keep calm and work under pressure. The
teachers are really supportive. There is a great team
working spirit in the class and we learn from each
other.
The course has broadened my knowledge and
understanding of safety procedures, customer
service, dealing with emergency situations and how
to survive in an unknown destination.
I can’t wait to put into practice what I have learnt and
use all my skills in a real life situation.
