The College was recommended to me by people who<br />

had studied here so I knew it was going to be good.<br />

It has helped me to get work experience at the Royal<br />

Horseguard Hotel so I can gain real life industry<br />

experience. It was a fun and challenging experience<br />

to be out in the field. The staff were welcoming,<br />

patient and I witnessed their drive, passion and<br />

professionalism in the way they set up the kitchen<br />

and ran the events.<br />

My favourite things about the course have been<br />

learning new things, gaining new experiences and the<br />

College has great facilities for professional cookery.<br />

The biggest challenge I’ve faced has been the end of<br />

year task of having to create five dishes in 1 hour and<br />

30mins. When the course started, I never thought<br />

that I would be able to achieve something like that.<br />

This College is a great place to study. If you have a<br />

passion, you will receive so much support to help you<br />

get to where you want to go.<br />
