The College was recommended to me by people who
had studied here so I knew it was going to be good.
It has helped me to get work experience at the Royal
Horseguard Hotel so I can gain real life industry
experience. It was a fun and challenging experience
to be out in the field. The staff were welcoming,
patient and I witnessed their drive, passion and
professionalism in the way they set up the kitchen
and ran the events.
My favourite things about the course have been
learning new things, gaining new experiences and the
College has great facilities for professional cookery.
The biggest challenge I’ve faced has been the end of
year task of having to create five dishes in 1 hour and
30mins. When the course started, I never thought
that I would be able to achieve something like that.
This College is a great place to study. If you have a
passion, you will receive so much support to help you
get to where you want to go.
