Finance Minister Arun Jaitley presented his third Union<br />
Budget, with an eye on supporting the small taxpayer and<br />
the small investor. The Minister has announced a slew of<br />
schemes and income tax exemptions. Affirming that the<br />
economy is right on track, Finance Minister Arun Jaitley<br />
presented the Union Budget for <strong>2016</strong>-17 and cited that the<br />
CPI inflation has come down to 5.4% from 9 plus, he said it<br />
