TRAVELLIVE 3-2016

Getting up as the first rays of sun enter my room, I can feel in the air that the days of bitter cold and damp have passed and that days of warmth and sunshine are upon us. Good weather is a lucky sign for my upcoming journeys with friends. In this century of technology and high-speed connections, you can travel around the world with the click of a mouse. All the data you could ever want to form an itinerary, from the cuisine to the cultural development of the land, are on your screen immediately upon typing a few characters into the search box. But how long will this stay with you? The things you have just seen, the dreamlands of your fantasies, all fade away someday. Few things in life are more inevitable.

Spend one day at Le Bleu and you'll see it's not necessary to go any further to find tranquility
since happiness radiates from each corner of the house, from the soft bed and the sunny balcony
to the fresh colored leaves and flowers. Curl up on a couch with a good book, sip your hot tea,
listen some melodies, and your day just passes peacefully as all the stressful and mundane facts
of life slip away.
There are occasional workshops held by Le Bleu and if you are lucky enough, you will have a
chance to be an "apprentice" and learn skills such as how to make perfume or write calligraphy.
Le Bleu's guests come from around the world, and once they visit, they want to come back again
and again. Some Hanoi locals also enjoy spending their days here, just to "losing" their life in the
intimate yet stylish space of Le Bleu.
Unlike a hotel or a coffee shop, Le Bleu Homestay is a great getaway for you to "escape" from
the bustling city life. Stay here, live slowly, and savor each moment as though drinking tea with
your book in hand as you contemplate the gentle beams of sunlight shining through the window
slits is the most serious part of your day.
