The Senior Vice President Engineering, Technology, and<br />

The Senior Vice President Engineering, Technology, and Quality<br />

will provide the leadership and direction to the engineering,<br />

technology, and quality functions using innovative processes and<br />

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE<br />

We have immediate openings for an Account Executive in our Sales<br />

Department, at our Hopkinsville location.<br />

Position Summary<br />

• Builds market position by locating, developing, defining,<br />

negotiating, and closing business relationships.<br />

• Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related<br />

events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual<br />

contributors and their accomplishments.<br />

• Creates and implements strategies and tactics relating to the<br />

development of key customers.<br />

• Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting<br />

potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.<br />

• Drives market team results through collaboration and focusing<br />

on the selected accounts, while continually creating value for our<br />

customers.<br />

• Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on<br />

business trends with a view to developing new services, products.<br />

• Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify<br />

and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and<br />

differentiators.<br />

• Executes the market team strategies using 80/20 analysis, filter<br />

development, pricing plans and growth initiatives.<br />

• Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet<br />

customer needs.<br />

• Leads all aspects of the sales process, while calling upon other<br />

company sales resources to assist in solution development,<br />

proposal delivery, and implementation, as needed or as directed by<br />

management.<br />

Physical Demands<br />

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly<br />

required to use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands<br />

and arms and talk or hear. The employee is regularly required to<br />

stand and walk and occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch or<br />

crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds,<br />

frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift an<br />

or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job<br />

include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision,<br />

Qualifications<br />

Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, preferred; MBA is highly<br />

ACCOUNT MANAGER – POWER MARKETS<br />

EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS and EDUCATION:<br />

The successful candidate will have the following skills, knowledge<br />

and demonstrated experiences:<br />

• 1-3 year track record of successful consultative selling experience<br />

with Power OEM’s and End Users.<br />

• Experience in selling technical products with an emphasis on<br />

solving customer problems with creative solutions.<br />

• Keen ability to understand customer’s business and processes.<br />

• Proven track record of working at multiple levels at each account<br />

including engineering, quality, C-level, purchasing, etc.<br />

• Proven track record of working at multiple levels of the Power<br />

supply chain including distributors, fabricators, EPC’s and utilities.<br />

• BA or BS in business, engineering or related field.<br />

BASIC FUNCTION and RESPONSIBILITIES<br />

Power markets. Specific responsibilities of this position include:<br />

• Implementing market team strategies and tactics relating to the<br />

development of the Power market.<br />

• To identify, track, secure and maintain new projects from Power<br />

customers by understanding and solving their needs and problems.<br />

• Active participant in market teams by:<br />

- Develop strong relationships at multiple levels across the supply<br />

chain.<br />
