At Chippendale Hearing Services, we pride ourselves on<br />

Chippendale and Sandra Neumann have a wealth of experience<br />
spanning over 35 years, having worked in local NHS audiology<br />
departments, social services, the private sector and a national<br />

Time for understanding<br />
Most people ignore their ears until something changes. Explaining how<br />
hearing loss or ringing in the ears can affect each person is complex<br />
and needs specialist professional guidance. At Chippendale Hearing our<br />
customers range from 16 to 98 years young and frequently comment<br />
on how we gave them time to explain their own situation and needs by<br />
asking various questions, thus allowing each person to make informed<br />
choices.<br />
Here’s a comment from someone who recently visited us:<br />
“I have recently suffered from hearing problems as well as tinnitus in<br />
my left ear which means that I have a constant ringing. Having<br />
always had perfectly good hearing, it was a very stressful and<br />

NHS did nothing to put my mind at rest. It was very much a ‘one in<br />
one out’ approach and I came away feeling very upset and isolated.<br />
However my visits to both Pat and Sandra at Chippendale Hearing<br />
were a completely different experience. They took the time to listen<br />
to me and were extremely caring and helpful in their approach. They<br />
talked me through what to expect during the hearing test and after<br />
this they carefully explained what was happening in my ear and what<br />
I could expect in the future. I didn’t feel as isolated and I know that<br />
they are always at the end of the phone should I need to speak to<br />

Time to get the best<br />
We offer a holistic approach and a one stop shop service of information,<br />
hearing tests and/or specialist equipment and ear moulds for protection<br />
against noise - customers comment that they absolutely love the ACS<br />
motorcyclist moulds and musician moulds with appropriate filters.<br />
As specialist professionals we are expanding our service and will soon<br />
be opening additional consulting rooms on the first floor of 675<br />
Edenfield Road <strong>Norden</strong> Rochdale.<br />
