I read Criminology & Psychology at the<br />
University Of Southampton. As an Area<br />
Manager, I develop future leaders and<br />

Management Trainee and was promoted to<br />
Area Manager in three years.<br />

skills, teamwork, leadership and sales in<br />
a fast-paced environment.<br />

You need to enjoy working, providing<br />

meeting new people. Having a positive<br />
and enthusiastic approach to the job is a<br />
must. Since the environment can be very<br />
fast-paced, you need to be able to make<br />
good business decisions at short notice.<br />
What advice would you give to others<br />
considering a career in your industry?<br />
If you want a company that allows you to<br />
run your own business and gives you full<br />
autonomy to make decisions, Enterprise<br />
can give you that. Your career is in your<br />
own hands and performance results are<br />
valued higher than tenure.<br />
What is your top tip for working in this<br />
industry?<br />
Always listen to your customers and<br />
employees. Be flexible in your approach<br />
and ensure your communication skills can<br />
be adapted to each customer to ensure<br />
they are completely satisfied.<br />
