Christmas is just around the corner - the season of goodwill,<br />
good food and good times! A huge part of getting into the<br />
Christmas spirit is the giving and receiving of presents and, when<br />
done right, it’s a tradition that can bring such excitement and<br />
happiness to the receiver, whilst also bringing a huge amount of<br />
joy and satisfaction to the giver. However, all too often it can<br />
have the opposite effect!<br />
We’ve all had that feeling of disappointment when we unwrap<br />
the fifth pair of socks or scented candle on Christmas morning,<br />
or the stress of battling through the crowds on Christmas Eve<br />
trying to find those elusive final gifts!<br />
Well, here at <strong>Velvet</strong> we wanted to let you know that it doesn’t<br />
have to be that way! Gone are the days of feigning excitement<br />
at boring gifts, or despairing at what to buy for those people who<br />
have everything - head along to Presents Galore at the Rowley<br />
Mile Racecourse in Newmarket.<br />
This fantastic gift fair is held annually at the Millennium<br />
Grandstand in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support and is the<br />
biggest in East Anglia. With countless exhibitors from categories<br />
such as art and books, children, clothing and accessories, food<br />
and drink, home and garden, jewellery, men, and even pets,<br />
the selection of gifts on offer is enormous so there truly is<br />
something for everyone.<br />
On top of all that, a lot of the products are cheaper at Presents<br />
Galore than they are on the High Street - if they’re even<br />
available on the High Street at all. Exclusivity at a cheap price,<br />
for a good cause? Count us in!<br />
Presents Galore takes place on just three dates this year, so<br />
make sure you don’t miss out.<br />
