j. Call to Remembrance Program:<br />
(prior Provincial Command approval is required)<br />
10 percent of the current balance, for the purpose of<br />
supporting the Call to Remembrance Program.<br />
k. Coin Sorting Machine:<br />
(prior Provincial Command approval is required)<br />
10 percent of the cost of a coin machine designed to<br />
count/sort/wrap coins collected during the annual<br />
poppy campaign. Group funds or larger branches<br />
may make application under this Section for a<br />
greater percentage, the approving authority will be<br />
the Provincial Command.<br />
l. Transition Programs for Veterans:<br />
(prior Provincial Command approval is required)<br />
twenty-five (25) percent of the current balance for<br />
the purpose of funding transition programs related<br />
to the training, education and support needs of<br />
Veterans. Provincial Commands will be responsible<br />
to maintain a list of qualifying programs within<br />
their respective commands.<br />
m. Post Traumatic Stress Disorder-Service Dogs:<br />
(prior Provincial Command approval is required)<br />
25 percent of the current balance, for the purposes of<br />
supporting costs associated with the initial purchase<br />
of service dogs.<br />
