Based in Singapore, Arsh was formerly Executive
Managing Director of Cushman and Wakefield where he
handled the overall management and development of the
firm's business across South-East Asia. He has held various
regional roles in New York, San Francisco, New Delhi and
Bangalore across his 18 years career with this leading real
estate organisation. Arsh was also a member of the
Executive Committee of the Urban Land Institute (ULI). He
was also on the Board of CoreNet Global’s Singapore
Chapter; and Co-Chair of the Property Committee of the
American Chamber of Commerce in Singapore.
