Karayogam's, monthly E C meeting was held in our<br />
office at 5.30 p m on sunday,5th March 2017. President<br />
Sri K.Gopalakrishanan presided over the meeting. After<br />
silent prayer and Acharya vandanam, the meeting started<br />
according to the agenda. 22 members were present.<br />
Secretary Sri P.Suresh Babu read the previous month<br />
minuts and committee passed it. Treasurer Sri Prakash Nair,<br />
presented the accounts of January and February. After a brief<br />
discussion, the same were passed. Committee suggested<br />
to transfer the amount in S.B.account to F.D. account.<br />
Arrangement for Pongala Mahotsavam was discussed. It<br />
was decided that all devotees will be allowed to participate<br />
in Pongala Mahotsavam. Condolences.1. Mr.Mukundan<br />
our life member at Hebbal 2.Sri. Radhakrishnan our life<br />
member at Kannur. It was decided that Rs.1000 can be<br />
collected for publishing the Family photos in the Members<br />
directory. It was also decided that the directory will be<br />
printed in colour and with the received photos. Please check<br />
the proof of directory, and if anybody's photo missing, please<br />
inform the secretary or Email to him. Effort to start Mandya<br />
Karayogam was discussed. Members were requested to refer<br />
new members to Mandya Karayogam. Financial assistance<br />
to Mrs.Leela through Benevolent fund is discussed. The<br />
member has submitted the application. The president assured<br />
that the needful will be done.<br />

SADASHIVANAGAR<br />
The Executive committee meeting was held at Karayogam's<br />
office. The meeting started at 10-30 am with lighting of<br />
the lamp followed by Prayer and Aacharya Vandanam and<br />
Condolence Prayer for the departed souls. Subsequently<br />
Vice President Sri. Chandran welcomed the members. The<br />
Minutes of the past EC meeting as Presented by Secretary<br />
Padmakumar G and Financial report for the month October'<br />
2016 were presented by Treasurer, Mr. Gopalakrishnan.<br />
Further, the committee has decided to conduct an Inter<br />
Karayogam Quizz competition on Sunday, 11th June' 2017.<br />
The formal letter in this regard will be send to Board office<br />
in the coming days.The committee also discussed regarding<br />
a drive for the Benevolent Fund scheme with members who<br />
are presently not enrolled. Formation of Mahila Vibhag is<br />
on top of the agenda. The ground work towards this is being<br />
done and we are hopeful to announce its formation at the<br />
earliest. The meeting was concluded with vote of thanks by<br />
Treasurer Mr. Gopalakrishnan<br />

The Executive Committee meeting of KNSS Sarjapur<br />
Karayogam was conducted on Sunday 12th March 2017<br />
at the residence of President Mr.Devraj Menon at 4 PM.<br />
Meeting was presided over by the President Mr. Devraj<br />
Menon and started with prayer and Acharya Smarana.<br />
ondolence: 2 minutes silence was observed in the memory<br />
of our defence personnel who sacrificed their life last<br />
month. Our President Mr. Devraj menon welcomed all<br />
the members to the meeting. Mr. Prabhakaran Nambiar,<br />
Secretary presented the minutes of last ECM. EC discussed<br />
