Monthly meeting of the Executive Committee of Mahila<br />
Vibhag, Jyothi for the month of Mar 17, was held on 07<br />
Mar 17. The President, Smt Radha Menon presided over<br />
the meeting. In her welcome address she congratulated the<br />
Mahila Vibhag for their active participation in the Mahila<br />
Convention 2017- Chapter III at MMET School, MS Nagar on<br />
5th Mar 17. She conveyed that the Mahila Convention 2017<br />
was well organized and a good team effort by the Mahilas<br />
from all the Karayogams were displayed. She congratulated<br />
Smt Shobhana Ramadas KNSS Mahila Board Rep and<br />
Secretary Jayamahal Karayogam, Smt Rajalakshmi, KNSS<br />
Mahila Convener, the joint Conveners and the whole Mahila<br />
Core Committee for their splendid team effort in making the<br />
Mahila Convention 2017 a grand success. Monthly classes of<br />
Lalitha Sahasranamam with divine music, Carnatic Vocal and<br />
Light music classes by Smt Priya R Pai, from Ernakulam on<br />
second Saturday and Sunday and Bhagavad Gita classes on<br />
every Tuesdays by Dr. (Smt) L Susheela Devi, Ex Sec and<br />
EC member, was conducted successfully during the month.<br />
A talk was delivered by the President Smt Radha Menon on<br />
the occasion of International Women’s Day. Mahila Vibhag<br />
satsang on the third Saturday of the month was conducted<br />
successfully. Discussions on conduct of Summer Camp was<br />
held during the meeting. The meeting concluded at 7 pm<br />
with a vote of thanks by the Jt Sec Smt Latha Raveedran and<br />
special thanks was conveyed Smt Komalavally Nayar, Vice<br />
President and Smt Retna Pillai, EC member for a wonderful<br />
hosting with mouth watering delicacies.<br />

at Jayanagar Karayogam office at 4:30 pm on 12th March<br />
2017. Womens Day also was celebrated on the same day. The<br />
meeting started with prayer followed by Acharya Smarana<br />
.The minutes of the last E.C meeting was read out by the<br />
secretary Smt. Maya Sreenivasan and was passed by the<br />

The monthly meeting of Sakhi was held at KNSS<br />
Karayogam office at 4 PM on 5th March 2017, in the<br />
presence of Mr Radhakrishnan Nair, President of Kothanur<br />
Karayogam. Meeting started with Prayer followed by<br />
Acharya Vandanam. President Mrs Beena Radhakrishnan<br />
welcomed all the members, Statement of accounts was read<br />
by Treasurer Mrs. Susheela Prabhakaran and was passed by<br />
the committee. Minutes of meeting was read by Secretary<br />
Mrs. Priya Arun. Committee discussed on Womens day<br />
Celebration in office on 28th March. There was discussion on<br />
having seminar on kitchen gardening and waste management<br />
on the same day. President requested all the members to<br />
actively participate in Attukal Pongala to be held on11th<br />
March. Meeting ended with Vote of thanks by Secretary<br />
