the EC members and requested all members to go for fund<br />
collection in an aggressive way. Sri Sanal K Nair presented<br />
February 2017 EC meeting minutes and the same was<br />
passed by the EC committee after discussion. Accounts<br />
were presented by Sri V M Das, Treasurer and the same<br />
was approved by EC subject to the approval of Internal<br />
auditor. Sri Sanal said that we will be organising an inter<br />
Karayogam carrom tournament on 11th June 2017 (Sunday)<br />
in connection with KNSS Foundation Day. This will be an<br />
annual event from now onwards. We had earlier informed<br />
that the tournament will be held on 10th June by mistake. A<br />
committee has been formed to conduct Annual Get Together<br />
under Sri C Gopinathan as Convener. Shri K Vijayakumar,<br />
Shri Sampath Kumar, Shri S Rajeev from Karayogam,<br />
Shri Sunil Sundareshwaran, Shri Sajith Nair from Youth<br />
Wing and Smt Sindhu Rajeev from Mathrushakthi are the<br />
other committee members. The EC also decided to conduct<br />
Kannada and Malayalam classes for members and family<br />
members from 1st week of April 2017 on Sundays. Shri<br />
Anilkumar will co-ordinate on this. A seminar was organised<br />
for Naturopathy and alternate medicines by Dr. Sriram at<br />
Karayogam office. It was well received by all the members.<br />
International Women’s Day was celebrated on 12th March<br />
at Karayogam office. Shri Ramachandran Paleri, Chairman,<br />
Adv Vijayakumar, Vice Chairman 1 and Advisor of Mahila<br />
Vibhags addressed the members. Mathrushakthi donated<br />
cash to Seetharama Charitable Trust who are taking care<br />
of many charitable and social activities in Bangalore. EC<br />
committee has decided to meet all the members in order to<br />
bring them in the lime light.<br />

Monthly E.C.meeting was held on 12th March at our service<br />
center. 25 members were present. Mahila vibhag and youth<br />
representatives were also present. Meeting started with<br />
prayer and Acharyasmarana. Minutes and accounts for the<br />
month were presented and passed during the meeting. Main<br />
agenda discussed was AGT 2017. President informed that<br />
this year AGT 2017 will be held on 10th Sep at Taralabalu<br />
Kendra, R.T.Nagar and requested everybody co-operation<br />
to make it a successful event. He also told those members<br />
who has not collected Souvenier cum members Directory,<br />
to collect the same from the office. House appreciated well<br />
performed Mahila convention 2017 at MMECT School on<br />
5th March and people behind for organizing such an event.<br />
Congrats to them. Mr. Nandakumar has takeover as internal<br />
Auditor in place of Mr., Viswanathan.K., who is not well<br />
and is in Kerala now. House unanimously selected Mr.G.Sree<br />
Kumar as General convener for AGT 2017.<br />
