Farah Ann Abdul Hadi has been
representing the Selangor state in
competitive gymnastics since she was six
Selangor (A.K.S) award recipient's last
SEA Games achievement in 2015 saw her
bagging two gold medals, a silver medal
winning the very first gold medal for
Malaysia in the Paralympic Games. At
the 2016 Paralympics in Rio, Ridzuan
bagged gold for the men's 100m T36
has since gone on to win many other
tournaments, but the one that is his
most prized catch is the silver medal
at the World Singles Championships
in Doha, Qatar in 2016. This year, the
2016 Asian Championships singles
Special Feature
Royal-thletes
Did you know that the Malaysian Youth
and Sports Minister, Khairy Jamaluddin
himself has been shortlisted for the
National polo team in the Games? We
know he's not a royalty but figured it
would be a fun fact to know that we
might just have the very first Malaysian
cabinet member participating in such
an event.
Sultan Mizan Zainal Abidin
Nevertheless, we promised athletes
from royal families and we kick the list
off with our very own Terengganu's
Sultan Mizan Zainal Abidin who will be
competing in the equestrian endurance
in this Games. The International
Federation for Equestrian Sports (FEI)
