DIRECT FASTENING
HDPE insulation washered fasteners are an extremely efficient system designed
to secure insulation panels overhead into concrete or steel base materials. These
fasteners feature a cone support to prevent crushing of the insulation material.
Compatible with most low-velocity powder actuated tools.
Applications
Polystyrene, polyester, rockwool.

Metal insulation washers are available with pre-assembled 0.9mm x 36mm metal washers
designed to reinforce and prevent fixture pull-over. They are widely accepted as labour
saving fasteners in the thermal and acoustical insulation markets, and can also be used
in a range of other applications where additional bearing is required. The washer edge
is bevelled to prevent cutting of insulation material. Compatible with most low-velocity
powder actuated tools.
