CONVENTION CONTACT HOURS<br />
Maximum contact hours for attending PODIUM SESSIONS: 5.0<br />
TO OBTAIN FIVE (5.0) CONTACT HOURS FOR PODIUM SESSIONS<br />
Attendees must:<br />
1. Provide a legible signature and valid email address when signing in<br />
at the registration desk on-site on the day of the convention.<br />
2. Attend the full day of the convention. Partial credit will not be awarded<br />
if you do not attend for the full day.<br />
3. Attend each of the self-selected educational sessions in its entirety.<br />
Individuals who provide a legible signature and valid email address at registration will be emailed<br />
a link to complete an online evaluation for the podium sessions by October 20, <strong>2017</strong>.<br />
Once you have completed the on-line evaluation, you must reply to the email that you received<br />
containing the education link from sprentice@marylandrn.org confirming you have completed<br />
the podium sessions evaluation to receive your certificate.<br />
Certificates will be emailed within 4 business days of your notifying MNA that you have<br />
completed the podium sessions evaluation.<br />
Maximum contact hours for attending POSTER SESSION: 1.0<br />
TO OBTAIN ONE (1.0) CONTACT HOUR FOR THE POSTER SESSION<br />
Attendees must:<br />
1. Provide a legible signature and valid email address at the beginning<br />
of one of the two poster sessions<br />
2. Spend a minimum of 60 minutes to review posters<br />
3. Review posters, complete the on-line evaluation on-site of the posters viewed,<br />
sign the attestation and provide a valid email address.<br />
Individuals who provide a legible signature and a valid email address at the poster session<br />
registration will be emailed their certificate by October 27, <strong>2017</strong>.<br />
Poster Session Review Instructions will be provided during the Poster Session<br />
in the poster session room.<br />
Duplicate certificates will not be available.<br />
The <strong>Maryland</strong> <strong>Nurses</strong> <strong>Association</strong>’s accredited provider status refers only to its continuing<br />
education activities and does not imply that there is real or implied endorsement<br />
