FINDING THEIR RHYTHM
It’s been 15 years since Mary and David Holleman first
tried Spark ® and fell in love with the energy and mental
focus they gained. * David has delivered packages for 29
years, so he’s used to physically demanding days filled
with flights of stairs and long hours. He tried AdvoCare
because he needed more stamina, so he wasn’t
exhausted at the end of a shift.

keeping up with two teenagers. The couple spent

Because the Hollemans enjoy
being active and love trying
new activities, they work out
together as often as possible.
They even enrolled in dance
lessons to spice things up.
