Additional insurance<br />
Exhibitors can take out an additional insurance with SILMO to cover the actual value of the goods exhibited on<br />
their stand.<br />
• • If the value of the exhibited items is higher than the sum insured by SILMO, the exhibitor<br />
can take out a supplemental insurance to cover the difference between the value of the<br />
exhibited items, as assessed by the exhibitor, and the sum basically insured by SILMO.<br />

additional insurance, please refer to the Insurance Regulations in your Exhibitor Area at<br />

� Plasma Screen Insurance<br />
The Plasma Screen Insurance is a specific damage coverage for plasma screens securely<br />
attached or wired to the stand structure. The insurance will become effective in the morning of the<br />
first exhibition day (at 9:00 am) and coverage will cease in the evening of the last exhibition day (at<br />
6:30 pm). The premium will amount to 4% (incl. taxes) of the value of the screens with a minimum<br />
of € 250 excl. VAT per insured screen.<br />
� Property Damage<br />
The coverage of goods and the coverage of stand equipment shall cease on Sunday, October 7th,<br />
<strong>2012</strong> at 6:30 pm.<br />
No claim shall be accepted unless it has been notified to the SILMO Exhibition Management within<br />
24 hours, and on Sunday, October 7th, <strong>2012</strong> at 6:30 pm at the latest.<br />
Thefts which are not covered by SILMO, but which have been specifically insured by the exhibitor,<br />
shall be reported within the specified time limit to the police station of the city of <strong>Villepinte</strong> to file a<br />
complaint.<br />

To get into the exhibition halls everyone must hold a SILMO <strong>2012</strong> access badge, and must wear the relevant<br />
safety equipment, in particular safety shoes, <strong>du</strong>ring the set-up and dismantling periods. Anyone who does not<br />
comply with these requirements will be denied access to the halls.<br />
The Exhibitor Badge provides access to the Exhibition Centre <strong>du</strong>ring the set-up, exhibition and dismantling<br />
periods <strong>du</strong>ring the time slots specified in the Exhibitor's Sche<strong>du</strong>le of Hours.<br />
