Set-up - Exhibition - Dismantling<br />
SET-UP<br />
� Availability of stand spaces<br />
• Exhibitors and their installers will have access to the halls every day from Monday, October 1st<br />
to Wednesday, October 3rd, <strong>2012</strong>. For fitted stands, stand delivery will take place on Wednesday,<br />
October 3rd, <strong>2012</strong> from 8:00 am.<br />
• Removal of goods and empty packaging shall be completed on Wednesday, October 3rd, <strong>2012</strong><br />
at 12:00 pm.<br />
Otherwise, pallets and other identified non removed items will be stored outside the buildings. Their<br />
removal and delivery to the exhibitor's stand will be charged to the exhibitor.<br />
• Final setting-up operations including cleaning shall be completed on Wednesday, October 3rd, <strong>2012</strong><br />
at 12:00 pm.<br />
! No self-propelled equipment will be allowed into the halls on Wednesday, October 3rd, <strong>2012</strong>,<br />
i.e. on the last day of the set-up period (unless special dispensation is granted by the<br />
organizer). For this reason, orders for suspended items services will stop on October 1st, at<br />
7:00 pm.<br />
Note: All orders for slings, lighting bridges and spotlights shall be finalized by MONDAY,<br />
OCTOBER 01st 7:00 pm; no dispensation will be granted. Spotlight adjustments will be<br />
<strong>au</strong>thorized until TUESDAY, OCTOBER 2nd at 8:00 pm.<br />
For safety reasons, work in the halls is forbidden outside the specified hours.<br />
� Delivery of goods and equipment<br />
Goods intended for the stand installation must imperatively be delivered to the exhibition centre 48<br />
hours before the event opens. The day before shall be considered as final deadline.<br />
Shipments shall be delivered at the exhibitor's risk directly to his stand. It shall be the exhibitor's<br />
responsibility to be present or represented on the goods' arrival. Parcels shall be properly labelled<br />
on each side with the following address:<br />

The Exhibition General Management cannot in any way take delivery of goods nor be held<br />
liable therefor.<br />
� Waste materials from stand construction<br />
Exhibitors shall not leave any rubbish nor waste materials resulting from the installation of their<br />
stands (e.g. empty packaging, wood offcuts, empty boxes, cans of paint).<br />
It is strictly forbidden to store waste materials on the stands or in the aisles.<br />
