Inventory of fixtures for your stand space<br />
When the stand set-up and dismantling are completed and when the space is cleared of all constituent parts<br />
(waste materials, rubbish), SILMO will issue a space vacation certificate upon request of the exhibitor or his<br />
decorator to the Exhibition Management. This certificate exempts the exhibitor from any liability for damage to<br />
the space and rented items after he has vacated the stand space.<br />
This certificate must be issued by Monday, October 9th, <strong>2012</strong> at 12:00 am at the latest.<br />
Accommodation<br />

Hygiene and health protection<br />
� The Hygiene Safety & Health Protection Instructions (PPSPS: specific safety and<br />
health protection plan)<br />
o To get into the exhibition halls everyone must hold a SILMO access badge (i.e. Exhibitor<br />
Badge or Supplier Badge) and must wear the relevant safety equipment, in particular safety<br />
shoes. Anyone who does not comply with these requirements will be denied access to the<br />
halls.<br />
o The document Hygiene Safety and Health Protection Instructions is to be filled out in your<br />
Exhibitor Area, printed, signed and returned to the firm D.Ö.T. It must be circulated to all<br />
your suppliers and subcontractors.<br />
o Access to the exhibition halls will be refused, unless this document has been validated.<br />
Badge Readers<br />
All the visitors who enter the exhibition wear badges bearing their names. From these badges you can have<br />
access to the following information: company, holder's name, position, department, area of business.<br />
You can rent a badge reader to retrieve these data and build up a database via a computer connection. The<br />
database can then be directly input into your customer file.<br />

Stand cleaning<br />
Stand cleaning is included in the rental price of pre-fitted stands, and in the rental fee for bare stands.<br />
