MiniBlue II adhesive applicators provide longer life
than any other pneumatic applicators in the packaging
industry. Reduce maintenance, downtime, and
replacement parts costs with MiniBlue II applicators.
The ball-and-seat design features a patented hydraulic
seal for longer life without leakage. Packaging grade
adhesives can be applied at high cycle rates using the
MiniBlue II applicator and a Nordson Saturn Platinum
(SP) high-speed solenoid valve.
MiniBlue II modules use standard Saturn nozzles and
are backward compatible with previous generation
MiniBlue applicators.
MiniBlue II SureBead applicators combine the superior
life and high-speed capability of original MiniBlue II
applicators with self-cleaning SureBead module technology.
The new, compact-size applicators allow customers to
increase productivity, virtually eliminate nozzle clogging
and reduce maintenance and downtime. The new modules
also incorporate all of the latest improvements found in
ball-and-seat MiniBlue II applicators.
MiniBlue II SureBead modules use SureBead nozzles.
