Series 3000V Manifolds
Manifold Configuration Code
A manifold directs the flow of melted, filtered adhesive to as many as six hoses. The manifold has a 45-degree
face for easy hose routing, and connecting elbows allow hoses to be positioned either horizontally or vertically. In
addition, a pressure-relief valve transfers melted material to the tank when system pressure exceeds 1,500 psi.

valve at the beginning of 1999. The improved valve is not retro-fittable to manifolds built before 1999. Be sure to
use the correct valve for your manifold to prevent damage to the manifold.
