Concert Series Controllers<br />
Description<br />
The Concert Series flow and temperature<br />
controllers were developed to provide<br />
economical, updated controllers to meet the<br />
needs of diverse markets.<br />
Concert Series controllers feature expanded<br />
functionality and capabilities. This includes<br />
an advanced, yet intuitive, color touch screen<br />
LCD control, the Nordson Optix user<br />
interface, which enables features such as<br />
graphing, data logging and local language<br />
support.<br />
Both Concert flow and temperature controllers<br />
offer vast improvements in ease-of-use and<br />
performance. These controllers can be part of<br />
an initial adhesive system investment or added<br />
as a retrofit solution for customers looking to<br />
expand or improve process capabilities.<br />
The Concert flow controller enables flow<br />
monitoring and closed loop flow control when<br />
used with the new TruFlow meter. It can also<br />
be used with other members of the TruFlow<br />
portfolio: TruFlow dividers and applicators.<br />
The Concert temperature controller expands<br />
the number of heating zones for a single<br />
melter, increasing the equipment utilization of<br />
existing melters.<br />
Concert Series controllers offer a basic<br />
temperature controller with six temperature<br />
zone capability and a basic flow controller with<br />
two flow monitoring/control circuit capability.<br />
The temperature and flow controller are both<br />
available with either a nickel RTD (Ni120) or<br />
a platinum RTD (PT100) sensor to support<br />
current and legacy equipment.<br />
