When a sick person who lies naked under a blanket performs<br />
namâz by signs with his head inside the blanket, he has performed<br />
it naked. If he performs it keeping his head outside the blanket, he<br />
will have performed it covering himself with the blanket, which is<br />
acceptable.<br />
A man, if he feels secure <strong>of</strong> lust, can look at the heads, faces,<br />
necks, arms, legs below the knees <strong>of</strong> the eighteen women who are<br />
harâm for him to marry by nikâh. He cannot look at their breasts,<br />
at spaces under their arms, at their flanks, thighs, knees or upper<br />
parts <strong>of</strong> their back.<br />
For a woman, sons <strong>of</strong> her uncles and aunts are nâ-mahram. Her<br />
brother-in-law and her sister's husband are also nâ-mahram. It is<br />
harâm for her to talk to them or to be at the same place with them.<br />
It is harâm for men to talk to daughters <strong>of</strong> their paternal uncles,<br />
paternal aunts, maternal uncles, maternal aunts. It is harâm for<br />
them to talk to their sisters-in-law or wives <strong>of</strong> their brothers as<br />
well.<br />
A man can never marry eighteen women who are mahram to<br />
him. He can speak to them. They can be together, alone, where<br />
there are no others. A woman cannot marry eighteen men. These<br />
eighteen men and women are:<br />
