His graduation from university depends
on how it goes with his final exams, but
he hopes to be done mid-June. “I am
very excited to graduate but also for further
studies after graduation”.
After graduation, his plan is to take extra
courses and then continue with his
studies, “My first choice is intermediate
financial accounting, and second, intermediate
management accounting.”
When asked about how difficult he
thought graduation is as a step in one’s
life he responded, “To be honest I do
not think that there are any hard parts
regarding graduation.” Govert’s opinion
about graduating may be different from
many others and shows multiple perspectives
on this phase in life.
His dream scenario after graduating
is to finish his Master Accountancy as
soon as possible and after do a second
Master abroad.
This shows two totally different perspectives
on what to do after you graduate
either from high school or from a
university. There is no right and wrong,
and as long as you have the motivation
to start school right away that could
be the best choice for you. However, if
one’s motivation is to take a year or two
off, that is okay as well. Whatever you do
it is important to do something that you
feel good about at the end of the day, it
is your future - take it.
