Syke Walk & Talk Group<br />
Meet every Monday at 1pm<br />
and Friday 10am at Syke Methodist<br />
Chapel where there will be toilet<br />
facilities, hot drinks and<br />
socialising after the walks. There<br />
are 2 levels on the walk on Monday,<br />
a high quick walk and a slower<br />
one. There are also three levels<br />
on a Friday. A high fast walk, an<br />
intermediate walk and a slower one<br />
if needed. So there is something to<br />
suit everyone and all abilities.<br />
<strong>Milnrow</strong> Library Walk<br />
& Talk Group<br />
Meet every Monday morning,<br />
leaving out at 10am on walks<br />
around the local countryside. There<br />
are 2 levels of walks, a slower walk<br />
lasting 60 mins grade 2, or a longer<br />
walk taking 90 mins grade 3. Please<br />
make sure you have suitable outdoor<br />
walking shoes or boots.<br />
Springhill Hospice Events<br />
7th – 13th <strong>May</strong> – Go Green Week<br />
Go Green is our annual fundraising<br />
campaign where we invite everyone<br />
in the Borough to take on our colour<br />
green and raise money for Springhill.<br />
Cupcakes, comic characters or<br />
cocktails, whatever you decide to<br />
do just theme it green and have fun<br />
with friends in school or business<br />
colleagues.<br />

Meets at St Vincent’s Community<br />

Meets second Tuesday of the<br />
Month 6.45pm for a 7pm start at<br />
St James Church, St James Street,<br />
<strong>Milnrow</strong>.<br />
On June 12th we will be joined by<br />
burlesque artist Lady Wildflower to<br />
demonstrate some of her moves and<br />
teach us some basic and tasteful<br />
tricks. 6:45pm for a 7pm start at<br />
St James’ Church, <strong>Milnrow</strong>.<br />
New guests are welcome to attend<br />
for a door fee of £3.50, and there<br />
will be refreshments and a raffle<br />
for £1 each.<br />
